·         There is a spelling error. ·         There are ads. ·         Too colorful and maybe distracting. ·         Contents are not enough to fully learn French. ·         There are some irrelevant pictures. ·         There is a phone number, which doesn’t work.

How to improve the product:

·         By adding more contents on both linked sites and the website itself.

·         By adding more dynamic effects.

·         By making it simpler and reasonably colorful.

·         By fixing a spelling error.

·         By introducing the tips for learning languages.

Self-evaluation:

I think my website is well organized and appropriate for learning French. I used as many color as I could to make it attractive. I choose the structure of the website from WIX’s template because I wanted to make it look professional. To add vast information, I added links to my blog, which demonstrates the different aspects of French, such as vocabulary. One thing I did correctly about the website is that I put a box that allows customers to contact me via e-mail. Overall the website is quite outstanding and educational, but has a lot to improve on.

Evaluation against design specification:

My design specification is reflected upon my website. I made it colorful, easy and clean as I expected/promised it to be. Also the structures of the website are similar to the sketch I drew before I began creating it, which means I succeeded as planned. My website features many factors necessary in a website, especially the organization and fascination.

Criterion B: Sketch for web page

These are the web designs for the main page that I am planning. The image at the top does not change when the page changed. I believe the first one is feasible for the web site because it has good space to put picture on to attract customers. To be more precise, I will put pictures that are shaped in different shapes. The other design will be used for different web pages, such as vocab,grammar,letters,and videos. '

Aesthetics	The website has to look appealing to customers, which means it has to be colorful and clean.
Cost	It is Free as I am using Wix.
Customer	My customers are assumed to be grade 6-9 students who is eager to learn French
Function	The website teaches basic French grammars, vocabulary and rules by guiding customers to a website that teaches basic French(My original)
Manufacturing	I have been creating it by Wix, free website designing website. I am planning to finish creating in 2 weeks. I also use blogger to teach them.

Security	The security depends on Wix.
Features	It needs to be colorful and appealing. There are menu button at the top of the page and four different pages, each showing different aspect of French language, such as vocabs. It is also installed with Facebook ‘Like’ Button, making it look professional and official.
